30 plie squats
20 plie squat pulses
REPEAT X3
1:00 mountain climbers
50 calf raises
30 single leg calf raises (each side)
REPEAT X3
*NOTE: Repeat as many times as you want, the 3 is just an example
Don’t have a jump rope? Simply mimic the motions and bounce, skip, or run in place!
Pick some up-beat music and go!
5 sun salutations
.5-1 mi jog/run
20 squats - face a wall to keep your upper body straight, arms raised above your head
30 jumping jacks
10 split lunge jumps each side
REPEAT the (20, 30, 10) x3
5 sun salutations
10 minutes stretching for legs
Pick your favorite song:
First verse: alternating lunges
Chorus: split lunge jumps
Second verse: squats
Chorus: squat pulses
Third verse: plie squats
Chorus: plie squat pulses
Fourth verse: calf raises
Chorus: high knees or run in place
Repeat if necessary!
